Burn Down The Mission



Adam Savage of Mythbusters is on Twitter, just like all the cool kids are (@donttrythis). He suggested the other day that the young Elton John performing "Burn Down The Mission" was worthy of reappreciation. I listened to it on the way home tonight, and, to the surprise of no one, Savage is correct.

The Red Sox are off tonight.

    I saw him do this on his Tumble Weed Connection tour... way back before the crazy outfits. It is still the best of his albums in my opinion. He lost me in later years.
