Now reading "The Comedy Writer" by Peter Farrelly. It's OK. Probably wasn't worth buying. I like the New England flavor, but there's a distance to it-you don't completely fall for the character, the way you do in a really good story. Hugh Laurie's book was brilliant, and Confederacy of Dunces, which the blurb compares it to, was way better. My wife didn't like it either.
Now listening to the Marketplace podcast. Marketplace is a brilliant show, business news without being dull.
