RIP Mr. Kershner as well...

Another loss in entertainment, as Irvin Kershner, director of The Empire Strikes Back, the darkest and best of the Star Wars movies, has passed away.

    I rank "Empire" in the middle.

    Below "Star Wars" and "Jedi" and probably "Sith"

    But better than "Menace" and "Clones"

    I did meet the producer of "Empire" once and talk to him.
