What is it about Royals Stadium, anyway?
Last night, the Red Sox finally heard the lamentations of the Royals' women, blasting their way to a 10-3 win. Cowboy Clay was very sharp, while New Guy RR took some lumps, actually tightening the game to 6-3 and loading the bases before getting out of the jam.
Thankfully, a 4 run ninth helped put the game back out of reach and put away the pesky Royales for another year.
Boston now proceeds into New Jack City for the final three episodes of Athens vs. Sparta. Neither team has very much to play for, but somehow I don't think that's going to matter much.
Yay! This has been such a flip flop year.
